Then, you’ll add three new habits every 30 days, bringing the total to 9 to balance all four pillars.

Before Day 1, please complete your Self-Evaluation Worksheet to find out which pillar needs your focus first.

⛰️ Build in 30-Day Phases

Every 30 days, you’ll add 3 new habits that align with your pillars until you reach 9

💫 Keep Every Habit Going

Don’t drop habits; instead, stack them. Each phase builds on the last.

✅ Check In Daily

Use your tracker to mark off every habit you complete.

🌿 Reflect Weekly

Once a week, take 5 minutes to write what’s improving

💫 Grace Over Perfection

Missed a day? Take a breath and restart tomorrow.

🌸 End Each Phase with Gratitude

Pause after each 30 days and ask: “How have I grown in this pillar?”
